We Can Consult. We Can Implement. We Can Manage.
Every platform, one way of working: Discover, Implement, Managed Services. See how we work → Browse all solutions →
The phases of a typical engagement
Three stages: Discover, Implement, and Managed Service. Each phase has a defined scope, a clear deliverable, and a sign-off moment. Timelines differ per project, so we agree them together in the Statement of Work.
We start with the question behind the question. Scope first, then, if needed, a tool. Our advice can also be 'no tool'.
We implement what fits your organisation, and that can be a process as well as a platform. Designed, configured, and tested with your team.
We stay involved after go-live: monitoring, optimising, campaigns, and change. Managed services, not a ticket factory.
Discover
From first conversation to a signed Statement of Work and a platform choice.
Intake & introduction
We start with a conversation, not a pitch. We listen to what you are dealing with, ask honest questions, and assess whether we are the right fit for each other. There is no sales process. If we can help, we will tell you how.
A clear sense of whether we can add value, and what that would look like.
The pace. You decide when and how to move forward. Nothing happens without your go-ahead.
Stakeholder analysis & discovery session
We go deeper. We map your current processes, your team structure, your technology landscape, and your actual pain points, not just the ones visible from the surface. We involve the right stakeholders on your side so the output reflects reality.
A shared understanding of where you are today and what is actually blocking progress.
Who is involved, what is shared, and the scope of the discovery.
Analysis & reporting
We synthesise everything we learned into a clear report. No jargon. No padding. You get an honest picture of what is working, what is not, and what we recommend, with the reasoning explained.
A written analysis you can share internally and act on, regardless of whether we continue together.
What happens with the report. It belongs to you.
Statement of Work
If the analysis confirms we should move forward, we write a Statement of Work. This document describes exactly what we will do, in what timeframe, and at what cost. No vague commitments. No scope creep surprises.
A precise, signed agreement that protects you as much as it protects us.
Everything. The Statement of Work is negotiated, not handed down.
Vendor & platform selection
We evaluate the available platforms against your requirements, not against our commercial preferences. We are not tied to a single vendor. Our recommendation is always based on what fits your business, your budget, and your team.
A documented platform recommendation with clear reasoning. Including the options we considered and ruled out, and why.
The final decision. We advise. You choose.
Implement
Design and build, tested with the people who will use it.
Consultancy & design
Before anything is built, we design how the solution will work in your organisation. This includes process design, data architecture, integration mapping, and change management planning. Good implementation starts with good design.
A solution blueprint your team has reviewed and approved, before a single line of configuration is written.
Sign-off at every design milestone. No phase starts without your explicit approval.
Implementation
We configure, integrate, migrate, and test. We work in structured phases with regular check-ins so you always know where we are. Your team is involved throughout, especially in user acceptance testing, because the system needs to work for them, not just technically.
A working system that your team has tested and signed off on before go-live.
Go-live timing. We do not push you live before you feel ready.
Managed Services
After go-live we run, optimise, and evolve, as a partner.
Managed services & direction
We stay involved after go-live. Not as a support desk you call when things break, but as your partner who proactively monitors, optimises, and evolves the solution as your business changes. That includes campaign management, running and improving campaigns on the platform, and change management, so your team keeps growing with it. This is where the long-term value is built.
A dedicated contact who knows your system and your team. Campaign and change management, regular reviews, ongoing improvement.
The engagement model. Monthly, quarterly, or project-by-project, we adapt to what works for you.
No pitch deck. No sales process. Just an honest conversation about your situation and whether we can help.
